Augie, is the Broker/Owner of Peña-Wasnick Real Estate in Visalia, California. He began his 20 years experience in real estate as an Investor, then Realtor and now Broker. Augie's investments in residential & commercial property has given him the "hands on" experience that plays a unique role in his business today.
Augie graduated with a Business Management Degree from Vanguard University. Immediately after graduating, he was hired to work for an 11 billion dollar company called Unisource Worldwide for over 5 years, where he managed key accounts such as Nordstrom and UPS. His excellent work with these key accounts opened the eyes of sales managers, which lead them to hire him as an outside sales professional.
Augie has always been very competitive playing sports: baseball, softball, swimming, tennis, track & field and volleyball. He enjoys working out at the gym as it keeps his mind clear and energetic for each day. He also loves to spend time with his spouse, Michael. They both enjoy traveling, even if it's just going to the coast! Augie values spending time with Family and Friends. They keep him well-rounded in life!

Michael Peña-Wasnick is a Real Estate Agent and is our Director of Finance . He has over 19 years experience in the accounting field.
Michael started his accounting career back at the age of 12, while working for his family’s business during summers and after school. He then attended and graduated from Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He was recruited by Enterprise Rent-A-Car where he climbed the corporate ladder from 2000-2008. His ability to work well with others, accompanied by his ability to train and instill policy and procedures prompted many promotions during his nine years, ultimately resulting as a Senior Accounting Manager for the San Francisco Region.
Michael then returned to his hometown, Tulare, to assist with his family’s businesses. With Michael’s business sense and management skills, he has transformed Salles Café, Tulare’s oldest restaurant, and brought it back to its Glory! In addition, Michael works for Wasnick Bros. Dairy Supply, Inc. where his focus is Asset & Business Management. He has also been very involved with the City of Tulare, graduating from the Tulare Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program in 2010 and was instrumental on the Tulare Historical Society Board of Trustees from 2010-2018.
Michael is married to Augie, where they make a great team in life. Some may say being married and working together never works, but for them working together is a privilege and only strengthens the business.

Originally from Utah, Jessica moved to the California's Central Valley in the mid 80's with her family where her father continued his calling as a Pastor. Growing up in the Valley she's learned the true essence of the farming and small-town culture. After graduating high school, she attended college in Southern California where she was able to experience life in a different way.
While living in SoCal, her career began in the mortgage lending industry, which she learned about the "in's & out's" of loans, sales, and negotiations.
